Competency Framework
If you want to answer the important questions - 'Where do I fit in?', 'What’s expected of me?', 'How am I doing?', 'How can I develop?', 'How can I progress?' - the competency framework clarifies the people and task skills and behaviours that contribute to day-to-day effectiveness and good leadership showing progression from foundation to mastery level.
There are three behavioural competencies that cover people skills (Leading and Managing People, Collaboration, and Communication) and four behavioural competencies that cover task skills (Applying Expertise, Balancing Customer and Cost, Delivering Results, and Efficiency and Improvement).
