Managing Time and Scope

This PDF covers the different levels of scope and range of time that people automatically prioritise and how that can cause conflict. All focuses are important and cover one another’s blind spots.

Understand People
Read and/or watch Managing Time and Scope so you can be aware that people see the future differently. For example, some people are very aware when information in a situation spans a longer timescale or a bigger scope. Others think in a much more short or medium-term way. Which are you? If the latter, you may need to pay more attention to looking ahead and forecasting effectively. You may need to diarise time to do it!
