Mandy Geal and Jacqy Munro are the facilitators for the Operations Away Day. 

Mandy would like to invite you to have a short confidential one-to-one conversation with her on Teams (30 - 45 minutes) to help her and her colleague Jacqy prepare the agenda for the Away Day. This is to ensure that the team covers important points during the day that will deliver the most benefits. 

The questions she would like to discuss with you are:

• What are your outcomes for the Away Day?
• What energises you about working for FRC?
• What do you think FRC does well, e.g. What differentiates FRC from competitors in the Rail Industry?
• What is important to the business?
• What challenges do you see FRC facing now and in the longer term? What could you do to meet those challenges?
• Are there any issues you would like addressed? What would you like FRC to do differently?

Your answers are confidential between you and Mandy. She will combine all input into a list of key points ready for the workshop without referring to any individual's view. She and Jacqy will use the input to help structure the activities on the Away Day and outputs you produce.
